What is your return policy?
We offer 30 days easy to return ,for the non-prescription lenses and jewellery ,the shipping fee which is $9 will be deducted .
For the prescription lenses ,we will charge the half cost of prescription.
The glasses have been returned. When will the refund be processed?
Your refund will be issued within 5 business days
when the package is received.
I haven't received the refund. What's going on?
Allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

How to place an order on the page?
if you add to cart the product directly. We will fit sun lens.
If you click “select lens” button and choose frame only, we will fit plain clear lens.
How to place an order for prescription glasses?
please click the "select lens" button, then find your favorite prescription, and then enter your prescription manually or upload your prescription sheet.
What are payments options？
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Do you take insurance?
We do not accept insurance as a form of payment.Once you complete your order, we can provide you with an invoice, which you can use to file a claim with your insurance company.
Shipping
How many days to get it if i order it?
Most orders arrive in 5-8 business days with standard shipping.
Why is there no logistics information even though the package has been shipped?
Don't worry, your parcel is currently in transit as usual. Since it hasn't reached customs yet, it needs to clear customs before logistics can collect it for delivery. The tracking will update once this process is completed.
Why does USPS show that the package has been delivered, but I haven't received it yet?
USPS shows that the package has arrived, but it may be delivered a bit later than expected. Please be patient and wait a little longer. If you still haven't received it after two days, please contact me.
